On December 15, 2016, 2016, the Board of Directors of Empire
Resources, Inc. (the Company) declared a regular cash dividend of
$0.04 per share of its outstanding common stock, payable on
January 11, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of
business on December 30, 2016. On December 16, 2016, the Company
issued a press release announcing the regular dividend, a copy of
which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is
incorporated herein by reference.
