On May8, 2017, Emerald Expositions Events, Inc. (the Company)
issued a press release announcing certain financial results of
the Company for thethree months ended March31, 2017. A copy of

The Company expects to hold a bank meeting on May8, 2017 to
discuss the refinancing of its existing term loan facility and
revolving credit facility as previously disclosed in connection
