On September 13, 2017, Elite Group Inc entered into and executed an agreement to purchase Pirate Oilfield Services. Under the terms of the agreement Elite will assume a bank note of $850,000 and other specifically identified expenses. Pirate had revenue of $6.5 million in 2016 and $3.5 million through July 2017.
