Elite Data Services, Inc. (OTCMKTS:DEAC) Files An 8-K Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant

Item 4.01 Change in Registrants Certifying Accountant.

On November 23, 2016, Anton Chia, LLP (AC), the Companys
independent registered accountant resigned and ceased to provide
accounting services to the Company.

ACs audit reports on the Companys financial statements for the
fiscal years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 did not contain an
adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion and were not qualified
or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting
principles, except that, the audit reports included an
explanatory paragraph with respect to the uncertainty as to the
Companys ability to continue as a going concern.

During the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014, there were (i)
no disagreements with AC on any matter of accounting principles
or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or
procedure, and (ii) no reportable events (as that term is defined
in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K).

AC furnished a copy of the resignation letter to the SEC stating
whether it agrees with the statements made above by the Company.
The Company has filed this letter as Exhibit 16.1 to this report
and incorporated herein by reference.

Due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the Company was unable
to timely file the notice provided herein. At present time, the
Company as not engaged a new auditor, but is actively seeking to
do so, which when such engagement has been confirmed, the Company
will provide proper notice on Form 8-K.
