On December1, 2017, Ecolab Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the early tender results of its previously announced offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) its outstanding 5.500% Notes due 2041 for up to $375 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.950% Notes due 2047.
