The Company held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May16,
2017 (the Annual Meeting). At the Annual Meeting, the
shareholders of the Company elected four directors to serve for
three-year terms and approved the ratification of the appointment
of Yount, Hyde Barbour, P.C. as the Companys independent
registered public accounting firm for the year ending December31,
2017. The voting results for each proposal are as follows:
