On September 27, 2017, Dynatronics Corporation, a Utah corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing the results of its operations for the quarter and full fiscal year ended June 30, 2017 (the "Earnings Release"). The Earnings Release also announced that the Company will post a copy of the release on the Company's website and that executives of the company would hold a conference call with investors, to be broadcast over the World Wide Web and by telephone and provided access information, date and time for the conference call.The Company noted that the call will consist of brief remarks by the Company's management team, before moving directly into questions and answers.A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated in this Current Report by reference.
