Condition.

On March30, 2017, Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware
corporation (the Company), issued a press release announcing its
financial results for the quarter and year ended December31,
2016. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as
Exhibit 99.1.

On March23, 2017, the Company announced that it would hold a
conference call and live audio webcast at 4:30 p.m., eastern
time, March30, 2017, to discuss its financial results and provide
a general business update.
