On November20, 2017, Dean Foods Company (the “Company”) announced that Kimberly Warmbier, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Human Resources, will depart the Company effective December1, 2017. Ms.Warmbier will be eligible to receive compensation and benefits to the Company’s Amended and Restated Executive Severance Pay Plan after her termination of employment.
