Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 29,2017,DAVIDsTEA Inc. (the Company), through a wholly
owned subsidiary,and Christine Bullen agreed to an amendment to
her existing employment agreement (the Amended Employment
Agreement)in connection with her appointment as Chief Operating
Officer of the Company on April 12, 2017. to the terms of
theAmended Employment Agreement, Ms. Bullen will receive a base
salary of US$340,000 andbe eligible to receive an annual cash
performance bonus provided she remains employed for the fiscal
year to which the bonus relates.
The foregoing summary of certain terms of the Amended Employment
Agreement is qualified in its entirety by the terms of the
Amended Employment Agreement, which is filed herewith as Exhibit
10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
