On October 19, 2017, Crown Castle International Corp. ("Company") issued a press release noting that, as previously announced in the Company’s third quarter 2017 earnings release dated October 18, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.05 per share of Company common stock, par value $0.01 per share, payable on December 29, 2017 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2017.
