Appointment of Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer.
On June 15, 2017, Ryan Lynch, Corporate Controller of Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Corporation”) was appointed by the Board of Directors of the Corporation as the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer.
