Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (collectively, “CODI”) reported that CODI will make a cash distribution of $0.36 per common share for the third quarter of 2017. The distribution is payable on October 26, 2017 to shareholders of record on the close of business on October 19, 2017. CODI also announced that CODI will make a distribution on their Series A Preferred Shares, payable on October 30, 2017 to holders of record as of October 15, 2017. The distribution for the preferred shares covers the period from June 28, 2017, the original issue date of the preferred shares, up to, but excluding October 30, 2017. A copy of the press release announcing such distribution is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
