Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (collectively, “CODI”) reported that CODI will make a cash distribution of $0.36 per common share for the first quarter of 2019. The distribution is payable on April 25, 2019 to shareholders of record on the close of business on April 18, 2019. CODI also announced that CODI will make a distribution on their 7.250% Series A Preferred Shares (the “Series A Preferred Shares”) and their 7.875% Series B Preferred Shares (the “Series B Preferred Shares”), payable on April 30, 2019 to holders of record as of April 15, 2019. The distribution for the Series A Preferred Shares and the Series B Preferred Shares covers the period from and including January 30, 2019, up to, but excluding April 30, 2019. A copy of the press release announcing such distribution is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
