On April27, 2017, Comcast Corporation (Comcast) issued a press
release reporting the results of its operations for the three
months ended March31, 2017. The press release is attached hereto

believes that presentation of the non-GAAP financial measures
contained in the press release provides useful information to
investors regarding Comcasts financial condition and results of
