On May9, 2017, Cogint, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company)
issued a press release announcing its financial results for the
2017 first quarter ended March31, 2017. The press release is
furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
Also on May9, 2017, following the issuance of the press release
referred to above, the Company conducted a conference call to
discuss the reported financial and operating results. The Company
had issued a press release on May1, 2017 to announce the
scheduling of the conference call. The transcript of the
conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
