On April 7, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing
that the Company received notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market
that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Marketplace Rule
5550(a)(2) which requires that a Nasdaq listed company maintain a
bid price of at least $1.00.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the
information in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K,
