Additionally, on November17, 2017, management of Civista Bancshares, Inc. (“Civista”), including James O. Miller, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dennis G. Shaffer, Executive Vice President and Richard J. Dutton, Senior Vice President, will meet with several investors while at Sandler O’Neill Partners L.P.’s East Coast Financial Services Conference in Naples, Florida.
