Having assisted Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) in the transition of its business model to increased software and subscriptions, and in light of the progress in that regard, on December11, 2017, Chris Dedicoat (Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales& Field Operations) notified Cisco of his intention to resign his current role effective July28, 2018, the end of fiscal 2018, and take on a role thereafter as senior advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, and Rebecca Jacoby (Senior Vice President and Chief of Operations) notified Cisco of her intention to retire from Cisco. Ms.Jacoby has agreed to continue to serve in her position until January27, 2018, the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2018, and to continue as an advisor to her successor through May31, 2018.
