On March 15, 2017, the Board of Directors of Cincinnati Bancorp (the “Company”) appointed Robert A. Bedinghaus to serve as the Executive Chairman of the Company effective April 1, 2017. On the same date, the Board of Directors of Cincinnati Federal (the “Bank”), the Company’s wholly-owned bank subsidiary, and the Board of Directors of CF Mutual Holding Company (the “MHC”), the Company’s parent mutual holding company, both took the same action. Before his appointment as Executive Chairman, Mr. Bedinghaus served as the non-employee Chairman of the Board of the MHC, the Company and the Bank.
