Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements for Certain
Officers.
On April 26, 2017, shareholders of Cigna Corporation (“Cigna”)
approved the Amended and Restated Cigna Long-Term Incentive Plan
(the “Plan”). The Plan is described in Proposal 4 in Cigna’s
proxy statement for the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders,
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 17,
2017 (the “2017 Proxy Statement”). The descriptions of the Plan
contained herein and in the 2017 Proxy Statement are qualified in
their entirety by reference to the full text of the Plan, a copy
of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated by
reference herein.
