The Company issued a press release in which it announced the hiring of Alex Hamilton, 46, to act as chief financial officer of its wholly owned foreign enterprise, CBD Biotechnology Co., LTD. Mr. Hamilton is the founder and chief executive officer of the Hamilton Strategy Group, where he has provided financial consulting services over the last five years.
