On April7, 2017, CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (the Company) and
CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. (CERC) announced that CERC
filed with the Railroad Commission of Texas a Stipulation and
Agreement for the settlement of CERCs pending rate case for its
Houston Division and Texas Coast Division. For additional
information regarding the settlement, please refer to the
Companys and CERCs press release attached to this report as
Exhibit 99.1.
