Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 17, 2019, Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has initiated its Phase I Clinical Trial of anti-CD20 Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (“CAR-T”) targeting anti-CD19 treated, relapsed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (“DLBCL”) and small B-cell lymphoma patients in China, and dosed the first CD19 CAR-T relapsed DLBCL patient.. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
