Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 15, 2016, CDK Global, Inc. issued a press release
announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly
cash dividend to shareholders of its common stock. The Board of
Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share
payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on December 20, 2016.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as
Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
