On November 16, 2016, CB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company’s outstanding shares of stock. The dividend of $0.22 per share will be paid on or about December 19, 2016 to stockholders of record on December 9, 2016.
