On April 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of Caterpillar Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Ramin Younessi, current vice president of the Company’s Industrial Power Systems Division, as group president of Energy & Transportation. In connection with this appointment, Thomas A. Pellette, current Energy & Transportation group president, will become group president of Construction Industries and replace Bob De Lange who will become group president of Customer & Dealer Support (“C&DS”). These changes follow the previously announced retirement of C&DS group president Robert B. Charter and will be effective June 1, 2018.
