On April 5, 2017, Brian Swette resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Care.com, Inc. (the “Company”), and as a member of the compensation committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Swette’s decision to resign was not related to a disagreement with the Company over any of its operations, policies or practices.
