Cardtronics plc (the “Company”) has commenced a search for a principal accounting officer. E. Brad Conrad, the Company’s current principal accounting officer, is transitioning to the role of Executive Vice President — Treasurer. Mr.Conrad started with Cardtronics in 2008 and has served as the Company’s principal accounting officer, with the title of Chief Accounting Officer, since October2010. Mr.Conrad will remain in his current role until a replacement has been appointed and will assist as long as necessary to ensure a smooth transition.
