On November 27, 2017, Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) and Kevin Kenny, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, agreed that Mr. Kenny’s employment with the Company will end, effective December 31, 2017.
The Company expects to enter into a Separation Agreement with Mr. Kenny that will provide Mr. Kenny with benefits consistent with the Company’s Executive Officer Severance Plan. The Company will disclose the terms of such Separation Agreement following execution of such Separation Agreement by the parties.
