On May 15, 2017, it was determined that the employment of Paul Koehn, the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Operations & Quality of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), will end.
The Company and Mr. Koehn are discussing the final date of employment and the Company expects to enter into a Separation Agreement with Mr. Koehn that will provide Mr. Koehn with benefits consistent with the Company’s Executive Officer Severance Plan. The Company will disclose the terms of such Separation Agreement following execution of such Separation Agreement by the parties.
