Effective November 11, 2016, Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (the
Company) entered into a Distribution Agreement with Medikit Co.,
Ltd. to sell its Diamondback 360>Coronary and Peripheral
Orbital Atherectomy Systems in Japan. On November 14, 2016, the
Company issued a press release announcing the Distribution
Agreement. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1.
