(b)On March 29, 2019, Eric W. Nodiff, age 61, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Cantel Medical Corp. (the “Company”) since November 2014, informed the Company that he will retire as of July 31, 2019. Mr. Nodiff joined the Company in January 2005 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
