On March 28, 2017, George C. Morris III notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Calumet GP, LLC (the “Company”), the general partner of Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”), of his resignation from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Morris’ resignation from the Board is in connection with his other commitments and is not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Partnership.

On March 31, 2017, the Partnership issued a press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Morris as discussed above, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
