OnJune 5, 2018, Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing Timothy A. Dawson will retire as Chief Financial Officer and Director at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders, scheduled for October 5, 2018. The Company also announced that Max P. Bowman will join Cal-Maine Foods as Vice President of Finance, effective June 25, 2018. Bowman will become Chief Financial Officer of Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. following Dawson’s retirement. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
