Resignation of Maheesh Jain, as Chief Marketing Officer

resignation from the position of Chief Marketing Officer of
CafePress Inc. (“CafePress” or the “Company”) effective December
31, 2016.
E. Durham, III, the Companys Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
of the Companys Board of Directors, has agreed to assume the
duties previously fulfilled by Mr. Jain as of January 1, 2017.
