On October 3, 2019, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (the “Company”) will hold meetings with mutual fund investors and analysts attending the 5th Annual B. Riley Consumer & Media Conference being held at the Sofitel Hotel in New York, New York. Voin Todorovic, Chief Financial Officer will host the meetings for the Company. The investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. To supplement its financial statements presented in accordance with GAAP, the Company used, in its investor presentation, certain non-GAAP measures of financial performance.
