On August 1, 2017, Mr. John M. O'Mara notified Baldwin & Lyons, Inc. (the "Company") of his retirement from the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. O'Mara, age 89, has served on the Company's Board of Directors since 1981 and, at the time of his retirement, was serving on the Audit Committee and the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. O'Mara has not resigned because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
