Effective February 20, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Avvaa World Health Care Products, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) appointed Dr.Stephanie Willet as a member of the Board of Directors and also naming Ms. Willet as the Company’s interim-President, interim-Treasurer and interim-Secretary.
