determined that the Company achieved the adjusted earnings before
interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization set for the first
half of its fiscal year 2017 under the Companys 2017 Annual
Incentive Plan (AIP), to which payments of cash incentive awards
may be made to certain of the Companys officers. The named
executive officers of the Company who will receive such cash
incentive awards, and the amounts to be paid to the named
executive officers are as follows:
