Mr. Hirsch joined First Line Capital as a partner in 2001. Since joining the firm, Mr. Hirsch has focused his efforts on assisting foreign and domestic companies achieve their corporate goals via comprehensive public strategies including direct public offerings and reverse mergers. After receiving his Masters degree in 1990, Mr. Hirsch served as a research analyst for a $500+ million dollar healthcare organization. During his tenure there, Dan was instrumental in the development and completion of over $110,000,000 in expansion activities. In 1998, Mr. Hirsch joined IHC, LLC as a corporate turn-around specialist. Dealing exclusively with multi million dollar entities, Dan consistently improved the profit margins, cash positions and overall corporate viability.
