On and effective January 20, 2017, Ms. Wanning Feng resigned from
her positions as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the
Company.

The Company intends to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer as
soon as practicable.

ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

On January 20, 2017, the Company appointed Ms. Yue Ming as the
Treasurer of the Company.
