announcing it will release its results for the three months ended
March 31, 2017 after the market closes on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.
The Company will host a conference call that day at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Participating on the call will be Bill Fitzgerald, the Companys
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Jeffery Gardner, Executive
Vice President, and Mike Meyers, the Companys Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer. Messrs. Gardner and Meyers
are also executive officers of the Companys wholly owned
subsidiary, Monitronics International, Inc. (MONI). During the
call, management will provide an update on the Companys
operations, including the financial performance of MONI, and may
also discuss future opportunities.
