On March 10, 2017, Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc. (the
Company) filed a Certificate of Amendment of Certificate of
Incorporation, as amended,with the Delaware Secretary of State to
amend Article First of the Companys Certificate of Incorporation
to change the name of the corporation to Micron Solutions,
Inc..The effective date of the amendment is Friday, March 24,
2017. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment of Certificate of
Incorporation is filed herewith as Exhibit 4.1.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 9, 2017, the Company announced that its corporate name
will change to Micron Solutions, Inc. effective on Friday, March
24, 2017.In addition, as part of the change, the Companys common
stock will trade on the NYSE MKT under the symbol MICR.The change
to the ticker symbol will be effective at the start of trading on
Monday, March 27, 2017.
