On December30, 2016, Arconic Inc. (f/k/a Alcoa Inc.) issued a
press release announcing that it had completed the previously
indicated early redemption of all of its 5.55% Notes due 2017 in
the aggregate principal amount of $750,000,000. A copy of the
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated
herein by reference.
