On May1, 2017, Arconic Inc. (the Company) announced that Eric V.
Roegner has been appointed President of Arconic Global Rolled
Products, effectively immediately, succeeding Kay Meggers, who
submitted his resignation on April25, 2017. Mr.Roegner, who
joined the Company in 2006, served as Chief Operating Officer of
Investment Castings, Arconic Titanium and Engineered Products and
President of Arconic Defense in his most recent role.

incorporated herein by reference.
