On March 29, 2019, the Company finalized an agreement with Aerojet Rocketdyne, Inc. (“Aerojet”) to sell 3D Material Technologies, LLC (“3DMT”). Terms of the deal were not disclosed and both the purchase price and ongoing financials are deemed immaterial to the business.
