On November17, 2017, Lon R. Greenberg, a director of Aqua America, Inc. (the “Company”) informed the Company of his resignation as a director, effective December31, 2017. Mr.Greenberg has served as a director since 2005, and is the Chair of the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and a member of the Executive Committee and Audit Committee of the Board.
Mr.Greenberg will continue to serve on all such committees until December31, 2017. The Company will disclose new committee memberships prior to December31, 2017.
