On March 31, 2018, Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a License and Cooperation Agreement and a related Supply Agreement (the “Agreements”) effective March 31, 2018, with Colorcon, Inc. (“Colorcon”) for the use of the Company’s ® molecular tags in Colorcon’s pharmaceutical and neutraceutical product offerings and access to the Company’s associated authentication technologies. The Company issued a press release announcing the Agreements on April 5, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
