On September 25, 2019, Cindy Z. Michel, Chief Compliance Officer of Apollo Investment Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention to resign. Ms. Michel will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer for a period of time to transition her responsibilities to other members of the Company’s compliance department. The Company has initiated a search to identify her successor.
